Stronger Together, Guided by Legacy

At First Facilities Indigenous Services, our community is our purpose. Founded by proud Indigenous businesswoman Kylie Fay Muller, we stand on a foundation of resilience, truth, and cultural pride. Every service we deliver is an act of respect—honouring our history, empowering our people, and building a stronger future for all.

Our Story
From Legacy to Leadership

Kylie is the immediate family member of Uncle Colin Davis, a survivor of the Kinchela Boys Home—one of the most traumatic institutions of the Stolen Generations. His courage, leadership, and healing journey have inspired the values and mission of First Facilities Indigenous Services.

Purpose Beyond Services

We deliver high-quality integrated facilities services—cleaning, maintenance, and grounds management—built on cultural respect, Indigenous employment, and community impact. Every contract is an opportunity to create change.

Our Mission

To create safe, clean, and respectful environments—led by mob, for mob, and for all.

  • Cultural respect in every service

  • Indigenous employment pathways

  • Community-driven outcomes

Walking Together for Change

We proudly employ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, support local suppliers, and invest in community initiatives. Each service we deliver is a step toward economic empowerment, cultural visibility, and reconciliation in action.

Walking together, cleaning country, restoring dignity.

First Facilities Indigenous Services – Proud, Professional, Purpose-driven.
